This is further proof that the registry is used for punishment of those forced to have their names placed on it regardless of actual “crime” or how long it occurred.

This is a human rights violation. Why should someone who has paid their “debt to society” and is statistically NOT a threat to anyone (remember that incredibly, victimless crimes are lumped together with crimes such as abduction and rape and treated equally) be punished like this?

This is a “feel good” law. This is used as a TOOL by the government to maintain FEAR in the minds of parents and manipulate them. Nothing More

So what if someone is banned from enjoying the joys of travel. So what if someone is barred from experiencing to the fullest the ONE life they have.

So what if they miss out on visiting Paris, seeing Machu Picchu, Rome, or the wonders of the rainforest in the Amazon.

This is evil and MUST not be allowed to happen and especially if we are going to consider the constitution having an relevance anymore because it appears that those in government have decided to ignore this document and the rights that it grants ALL citizens!
